Return & Refund Policy
This policy explains the terms applicable to cancellations, returns, refunds and replacements for research publications, customized research and consulting services provided by Bizwit.
Effective Date: September 18, 2026
1. Overview
This Return & Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to purchases and service engagements made through or in connection with Bizwit Insights.
Bizwit Insights is owned and operated by Bizwit Research and Consulting LLP ("Bizwit", "we", "us", or "our").
Our products and services primarily consist of digital market research publications, customized research, consulting services, market intelligence and related professional services.
2. Digital Research Reports
Market research reports purchased through Bizwit Insights are generally delivered electronically in digital format.
Due to the digital nature of these products, a completed purchase may generally be considered final once the report has been delivered or access to the purchased report has been provided.
Accordingly, we generally do not accept returns or refunds solely because a customer changes their mind, no longer requires the report, or determines that the report does not meet an expectation that was not communicated to Bizwit before purchase.
3. Custom Research
Custom research projects are developed according to specific requirements agreed between the client and Bizwit.
Once work has commenced, fees may become non-refundable to the extent that resources, research activities, interviews, data collection, analysis, third-party expenses or other project activities have already been undertaken.
If a client requests cancellation after commencement, Bizwit may assess the work completed and expenses incurred before determining any amount that may be refundable.
4. Consulting Services
Consulting and advisory services may include market sizing, TAM analysis, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, primary research, Voice of Customer studies, opportunity assessment and other customized engagements.
Refund and cancellation terms for consulting engagements may be governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, purchase order or service agreement.
Where a separate written agreement contains specific cancellation or refund provisions, those provisions will apply to the relevant engagement to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Cancellation Policy
Research Reports
Requests to cancel a research report purchase should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably before the report has been delivered.
Custom Research & Consulting
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing. Cancellation after work has commenced may result in charges for work completed and costs incurred up to the effective cancellation date.
The applicable commercial agreement may specify additional cancellation conditions.
6. Eligible Refund Situations
Subject to verification and applicable commercial terms, Bizwit may consider a refund or replacement in circumstances such as:
- A duplicate payment has been made for the same order.
- Payment was successfully processed but the purchased digital product could not be delivered due to a technical issue attributable to Bizwit.
- A materially incorrect digital product was delivered compared with the product specifically purchased.
- A payment was processed without the corresponding order being successfully created, subject to payment verification.
- A refund is specifically agreed in writing between Bizwit and the customer.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law, refunds generally will not be available solely because:
- You changed your mind after purchasing a digital report.
- You no longer require the report or service.
- The research does not support a business decision you intended to make.
- Market conditions changed after the report was purchased.
- Forecasts or estimates differ from actual market outcomes.
- You expected information that was not included in the published report description or agreed scope.
- You did not review the available report description, scope or sample information before purchase.
- The report has already been delivered or accessed and the issue is solely a change of preference.
8. Duplicate Payments
If you believe that you have accidentally made multiple payments for the same order, please contact us promptly.
After verifying the transaction, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded using the applicable payment method, subject to payment-processing requirements.
9. Incorrect or Defective Delivery
If you receive a file that is corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from the purchased report, or otherwise affected by a delivery issue attributable to Bizwit, please contact us promptly.
Where reasonably possible, we may first attempt to correct the issue by providing a replacement file, corrected version, or alternative access method.
If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, Bizwit may consider an appropriate refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
10. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, cancellation or resolution of a payment issue, contact us using the email address provided below.
Please include:
- Name of the purchaser
- Company or organization name, where applicable
- Email address used for the transaction
- Order number or invoice number, if available
- Date of payment
- Name of the purchased report or service
- Reason for the refund or cancellation request
- Relevant supporting information or documentation
Providing complete information helps us review requests efficiently.
11. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund process within a reasonable period.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer or other financial institution involved in the transaction.
We cannot guarantee a specific banking or payment-provider processing time after a refund has been initiated.
12. Refund Method
Where practical and permitted by the applicable payment provider, approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
In circumstances where the original payment method cannot receive the refund, we may request additional information necessary to process the refund through an appropriate alternative method.
13. Taxes & Transaction Charges
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be included in or added to the price of products and services as communicated at the time of purchase.
The treatment of taxes and payment-processing charges in a refund may depend on applicable law, the payment provider's policies and the circumstances of the refund.
14. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Bizwit first regarding payment problems, duplicate charges, delivery issues or refund requests so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.
Nothing in this section is intended to restrict any rights you may have under applicable law or the rules of your payment provider.
Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, Bizwit may provide relevant transaction, delivery and communication records to the payment processor or financial institution as permitted by applicable law.
15. Changes to This Policy
Bizwit Research and Consulting LLP may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, payment processes, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
Any revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
